Sarah Ghizoni is a board-certified nurse practitioner and founder of Fresh Face Skin Clinic in Maple Grove. Known for her gentle technique, attention to detail, and calming presence, she combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural, balanced results.

Before specializing in aesthetic medicine, Sarah spent more than a decade as a pediatric intensive care nurse. That foundation continues to shape her practice, with an emphasis on careful assessment, patient education, and compassionate care.

Sarah believes exceptional aesthetic care begins with listening. She takes time to understand each patient’s goals, explain their options, and develop a thoughtful treatment plan. Her recommendations are honest and conservative, with a focus on enhancing confidence while preserving the features that make each person unique.

Through ongoing advanced training, Sarah continually refines her skills and knowledge of aesthetic medicine. Her philosophy is simple: help patients look refreshed and feel confident while still looking like themselves.

Michelle joins Fresh Face Skin Clinic with over a decade of nursing experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Hennepin Healthcare where she also held leadership and management roles. Her clinical expertise, attention to detail and compassionate approach make her an exceptional aesthetic provider.

Her interest in aesthetics began years ago when she started receiving her own treatments and experienced first hand the confidence they brought. That personal journey inspired her to combine her nursing skills and passion for helping others look their best.

Michelle Lives in St. Michael with her husband and is the proud mom of four including a set of twins!
